Do you need time to slow it way down? Start your weekend with Yin Yoga, a restorative yoga practice where we hold a pose for a minimum of 3 minutes to allow the body to truly rest, for ligaments, blood vessels, and muscles to go into a deeper receiving state. End with deep relaxation extended sound bath with multiple gongs and sound instruments.

Hari Kirn is co-director of the 3HO Yoga Foundation in Houston and Teacher Emeritus of Sat Nam Rasayan, an ancient art that creates a space to bring forth more awakened consciousness and a larger inner freedom in the individual. This collage class series is open to students from a wide range of spiritual and faith traditions, allowing one the opportunity to go inward through meditation / contemplation and create on paper the (life, growth, passion, focus, heart) that your own inner guidance and the Holy within wants to reveal to you. From this experience, you can release what is holding you back from moving forward in your life, and then see the clues and hints from your inner wisdom to take new creative steps in our lives. These classes also benefit those who have shut down their creativity (whether it be another creative outlet like writing, music, etc.)…collage and meditation opens up you for you, in a safe and supportive way. Writers and poets welcome! Each week, Tina will include a handout via e-mail with writing prompts that may support you during the week, based on the initial themes given. Gather a few materials that call to you each week (see supply list below). Your inner guidance is the most important part, so listening for what bubbles up in you always takes precedence. No ART EXPERIENCE needed. If you feel the nudge, join us and see where your inner journey takes you. Limited slots available.

Inner child connection and reparenting is one way to understand our triggers and heal our frozen fears. Often emotional blind spots or shadow places within us are at the root of many misunderstandings, or reactivity in relationships. Many of us learned to expect others to fulfill a role that we instead can nurture and heal. Some part within us that has felt overlooked, betrayed, or frozen in a memory often needs nourishment, comfort, and opportunity to speak uncensored truths. By rewiring our first response inward instead of outwardly projecting our expectations onto others, we begin a wonderful journey of self-love, yet many of us never learned a step-by-step process of just how to do that. In this 6-week course, re-wire your first response to show compassion and tenderness toward yourself; explore ways to dialogue with yourself to calm anxiety and emotional reactivity; untangle love from wishful or misguided thinking; release hidden uncensored truths and speak and ground your empowered wisdom. Each week you will receive a handout and experience an embodiment process within a small group with others. Physical address given upon registration. In this 10-week Kundalini Yoga course, we will explore meditations to bring balance to 3 aspects of our mind—the protective, projective/expansive, and the neutral/compassionate. We will investigate meditations to refine actions to take, clear attachments that no longer serve us; explore various ways to approach creativity (supporting how we originate, create, and share our artistic creations or ideas); and bring neutrality and compassion to the unique ways we show up as leader, teacher, and pathfinder. Warmup stretches, short physical set, extended meditation, and sound healing relaxation are part of each class. Recordings available if you miss a class.

What is your YES? What is your NO? Many of us have said yes to things we didn't want to say yes to, to be nice, to be kind, out of obligation. Yet how many times have we overridden our intuition in the process? How many times did you forget to you check with your inner guidance first before saying yes to something, and then later regretted it, feeling drained, confused, or maybe even resentful? When we deny our intuition, we deny our flow. And when we deny our flow, we block what indeed wants to naturally come to us. So saying no with grace or at times with clear boundaries allows other opportunities not only to come to you, but also come to someone you said no to. It welcomes abundance in a variety of ways, yet it is a new muscle, to shift from old automatic responses. What does a Hell Yes look and feel like in your body, heart, and soul? Our body's guidance system wants to be heard, reset, and welcomed! This class takes time to explore the clues from our body about our true Yesses and Nos, what we consent to, from both our soul and our body wisdom, and how living from that place brings ease, authentic living. Weekly journal prompts, meditations, and group share.
