Testimonial:
“I returned refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply reconnected to self, the divine, and some amazing yogis with beautiful souls!! Grateful! We did different types of yoga by the beach and also in a room full of light overlooking the beach horizon, ate delicious healthy food. Did powerful ceremonies including under the full moon with a fire on the beach for releasing that which needed to be released and burnt up, and creating new. Under Tina's guidance and wisdom as a yogi and experienced therapist, we worked through various personal issues throughout the week that we each wanted to heal and change, as she helped us tap into the guru within. We created vision boards using collage, did meditation, and experienced sound and energy healing sessions. I left with my nervous system totally regulated and my heart full.” Julie Sefirah Duncan
