Week 1: Sacred Anger of Truth
Anger is your body telling you something is not true for you or impedes your forward movement somehow. There is wisdom in anger. Let its truth be spoken, uncensored, in a poem (or collage), or describe the image in words.

Week 2: Letting go
The harder the letting go, the bigger the blessing. What is being released from you so you can be free to be more of you? Can you describe the hard lesson, the experience that you struggled to let go of, that opened you or created something new in you? 

Week 3: Glimmers
What once triggered you has the glimmer of a tiny opening, moment, or repair that shows up. A glimmer can also be a moment you may have missed by staying stuck in your mind. Notice the glimmer, feel it, write about it, create an image of it. 

Week 4: Creativity 
Jodi Rose Gonzales of Jodi Rose Studio asks, "What energy wants to walk with me in 2026?...Invite an archetype instead of forcing a plan...Let the answer come as a single image — not a plan, not a resolution, just a companion for the year."
