Dear Awesome Women:

Some of you have been asking for a women's retreat at the beach, and I spoke with the Mustang Island Retreat Center in Port Aransas, and there is one date with our name on it: we are penciled in for April 3-5, 2020! They would need a clear commitment of eleven people by July 15, 2019 for them to hold the space for us. Are you in?

Would you like an opportunity to unwind, to gift yourself a relaxing weekend in a beachfront room, be able to walk directly onto private boardwalk leading to beach, gather with other women for yoga, meditation, and collage, and participate in as much or as little as you so need for your soul health?

You will receive:

Guided meditation and collage experience,

contemplation / silent meditation as a group,

Kundalini Yoga class that includes gong,

a full-hour gong evening relaxation,

opportunities for Sunrise and Sunset viewing, on outdoor deck or on the beach, as a group,

free relaxation time built into the schedule to rest or take an ocean swim,

6 full meals included, and an

elevator to 2nd floor, where we each have beachfront rooms.

Tina Karagulian is an artist, spiritual director, collage facilitator, and yoga instructor. For over thirty years, through her art and her collage classes, Tina has empowered women to awaken creativity, integration, and joy within their lives. As a 200-hour certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, she teaches ways to increase mental focus and intuition, grounding the creative process in the body.
