Art and Prayer: Collage and Visio Divina for Women

8-week class, Thursdays, 1:00PM – 3:00PM

MARIAN MISSION HALL, Oblate School of Theology,

285 Oblate Drive, San Antonio, TX

$100

During times of life transition and spiritual transformation, we may seek opportunities to pause and nourish our souls. This 8-week, experiential, ecumenical women’s retreat offers various forms of collage to put our inner process on paper. Through Visio Divina or divine seeing, we will have opportunities to see the movement and pattern of the Holy Spirit through this season of our lives. No artistic experience required; all creative materials provided. Each week, Tina Karagulian offers a heart space of music, creativity, and reflection. As part of the class, we will explore excerpts from The Book of Awakening by Mark Nepo, which you may wish to check out from your library system or purchase separately. Limited number of slots available. Register here: https://ost.edu/event/art-and-prayer-2019/2019-09-12/
