Week 1: Three Beginner’s Meditations to bring balance to the mind, positive affirmation inside, and connection to the Infinite that is inside each of us.
Week 2: Protective Mind Meditation Releases negativity and balances the fervor of our protective mind. This meditation allows us to release unnecessary thoughts and brings calmness and humility, allowing the Creator to shield us and give us the ultimate protection.
Week 3: Positive Mind Meditation Known as the Christ or Buddha pose, this meditation opens the heart center and brings blessings and prosperity, strengthening the positive mind.
Week 4: Neutral Mind Meditation Allows the truth of our soul be magnified, connecting us to infinite consciousness. As we strengthen this neutral mind within ourselves, we stay more focused during life's ups and downs. For all classes, light exercise included. Please bring yoga mat, pillow, blanket, journal and water.
