Women's Retreat--Forgiveness: The Path to Freedom

  • Oblate School of Theology 5700 Blanco Road San Antonio, TX, 78216 United States (map)

Forgiveness is an act whereby one does not ignore an offense, but recognizes it and

chooses to continue loving. As such, forgiveness is an on-going process.

What does it mean to forgive?

Why should we forgive?

How do we forgive ourselves and others?

When is it okay not to forgive?

How does forgiveness transform pain into renewed health of body, mind and soul?

We invite you to explore forgiveness in a holistic way through prayer, silence, body movement, imagery, guided meditation, creativity, and ritual.
